Requirements to Become a Foster Home
 

To Become a Foster Home for Azure's Safe Haven We Currently Require:

1. You live in the Orem Area (or surrounding cities)
   
    
2. You Must Not Go Over the Legal Number of Dogs for Your City. (Currently Orem City will not allow more than 2 dogs per household)
   
    
3. You must have a secure fence line in either your front or backyard.
   
    
4. If you rent you must provideproof of approval to have pets on the premises
   
    
5. You must agree to have an Azure's Safe Haven representative come to your home for a friendly, personal interview to go over the contracts you need to complete, answer any questions you may have, and check your fence line.

Azure's Safe Haven likes our foster homes to feel like they are part of a "family!" So come share in our friendship and passion for animals.
